It started in the workshop.

AZcomposite grew out of a simple experience: once you make composite parts yourself, you discover how few vendors can actually advise on the process — or bring anything new. So we decided to become the vendor we were missing.

Formula Student

Four seasons with CTU CarTech, the oldest Czech Formula Student team. Filip ran aerodynamics and then the whole team as technical leader; Martin moved from combustion engines to the hybrid — battery and powertrain, the team budget and cost report, and finally the role of captain. A non-flammable composite battery cover, aero parts, carbon and Kevlar — with prepreg, wet lay-up and infusion.

Analysis and manufacturing

Filip led engineering at eForce Prague Formula and worked two years as a laminator in a composites shop. Martin runs finite element analysis — statics, dynamics and fatigue. Both roads lead to the same finding: buying material is easy, finding someone who can advise on it is not.

AZcomposite

Experience is only worth something once it is passed on. We supply the complete range from fabric to consumables, and the consulting that goes with it — we want to be a partner, not just a name on an invoice. Exceptional products carry our own name, and we verify their figures ourselves in our workshop and lab. No showroom, but a phone answered by an engineer.

What we believe

Process first, order second

We ask what you make and how. The wrong material costs more than the expensive one.

A sample beats a promise

We send samples for a token price, whenever you ask. The material has to prove itself on your part, not in our promise.

Availability is part of quality

Standard products stay in stock; even our biggest specialties ship within three weeks. Material you wait months for will not save your production.
