Privacy Policy
At AZcomposite, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, process, and protect the information you provide to us through this website.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Ing. Filip Klier, ID: 23048255, with registered office at Jankovcova 1587/8, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.
2. Data We Process
We process data that you send us via the contact form (name, email, phone, company name, and message content). Along with the enquiry we also receive information about how you reached the site (the referring page and any campaign parameters), so we know which channel brought the enquiry. We also keep aggregate traffic statistics that neither store anything on your device nor read anything from it — see section 6. With your consent we then process more detailed traffic data collected via cookies.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data solely to answer your questions and handle your enquiries. Aggregate traffic statistics — measurement that stores nothing on your device and sends no data by which you could be identified — are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing whether and how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More detailed cookie-based measurement, including the recording of on-page behaviour, is carried out only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. You can send your requests to: filip.klier@azcomposite.com.
5. Recipients and Processors
The contact form is delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc.). The website and the aggregate traffic statistics are operated on Vercel Inc. The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). The Google Analytics 4 tag (Google Ireland Limited) loads from the start of your visit, but **until you give consent it runs in a restricted mode**: it stores no cookies and sends no identifier by which you could be recognised or tracked between visits. Only after your consent does it measure fully, including cookies. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which records an anonymised trace of mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, **does not load at all without consent**. Some of these processors are based outside the European Union; such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies and Retention
Without your consent we store on your device only technically necessary data, including the record of your own choice, which is valid for one year, after which we ask again. Without consent we also keep aggregate traffic statistics (Vercel Web Analytics, and Google Analytics in its restricted mode): these store nothing on your device and read nothing from it, use no cookies, and cannot recognise you between visits — they only tell us how many people visited the site and which pages they opened. If you consent to analytics, cookies from Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) are stored in addition. You can change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer; withdrawing it deletes the analytics cookies. Data from the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for the duration of the related business communication.
